It’s important to carefully review the cancellation policy before booking a tour so you are aware of any fees or penalties that may apply if you need to cancel your tour.

Weather can have a significant impact on your tour, especially if it involves outdoor activities or sightseeing. Depending on the severity of the weather, a tour may need to be canceled or rescheduled for safety reasons.
In some cases, we may cancel the tour in advance if the weather is forecasted to be severe. In other cases, we may wait until the day of the tour to make a decision based on current weather conditions.
If a tour is canceled due to weather, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule for a different date or time.
If there is light rain, most outdoor tours such as our waterfall tour and our History and Hogs tour will continue on rain or shine.
Food is provided on tours that are food themed. For example: the “History and Hogs” tour will have the food included in your ticket price. For other tours longer than 3 hours, such as the “Waterfall Tour”, light snacks and water will be provided only. We will stop for lunch on the “Waterfall Tour”, but every guest will be responsible for paying for your own lunch.
Travel Insurance is recommended but not required.
On custom tailored tours we offer installment payments. On the regularly scheduled tours we require upfront payment.
