These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of XPLR TOURS LLC’s (“XPLR TOURS”) website, services, and products. By using XPLR TOURS, you agree to these Terms.
Booking Terms
To book a tour with XPLR TOURS, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You may not book a tour for someone else without their consent.
Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour itinerary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, and government regulations. In such cases, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative tour or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please carefully review the following policy before making your booking.
Full refund: We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than two weeks (14 days) prior to the tour start date.
Half refund: If you cancel your booking between day 13 and day 7 prior to the tour start date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total tour price.
No refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund. This includes no-shows on the day of the tour.
Please note that any refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the booking.
In the event that XPLR TOURS must cancel a tour for any reason, we will notify all customers as soon as possible and provide a full refund of the tour price.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances that may cause you to cancel your trip.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including but not limited to cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions. Please ensure that your policy includes coverage for adventure activities and travel to the destinations included in your tour.
Liability Waiver
By participating in a tour with XPLR TOURS, you assume all risks and waive any claims against XPLR TOURS and its employees, agents, or contractors for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during the tour.
Intellectual Property
All content on XPLR TOURS’ website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by XPLR TOURS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce XPLR TOURS’ content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will XPLR TOURS be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of XPLR TOURS.
Modification of Terms
XPLR TOURS may modify these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use XPLR TOURS after any modifications, you agree to the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of XPLR TOURS will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and XPLR TOURS with respect to your use of XPLR TOURS and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
